My name is Edgar Arango, a passionate food lover who started baking as a hobby, making cakes for family and friends. My mom Victoria, an incredible cook with amazing Oaxacan recipes, inspired me to take my love for food to the next level.

What began as a simple hobby baking cakes for loved ones soon blossomed into Arango Cafe, named after our family's last name. With my mom's exceptional Mexican cuisine recipes, we decided to incorporate traditional Mexican dishes, including homemade tortillas for tacos and Mexican coffee, alongside the famous Tres Leches cake. This fusion of flavors reflects our family's culinary roots.

We are dedicated to offering fresh, high-quality dishes with warm and attentive service. Our goal is to bring people together through authentic Mexican flavors and the delicious desserts that started it all.
